Advice buying rear shock

Hey team, I have a V1 Santa Cruz Bronson cc that I have mullet converted with a 180mm Marzocchi Bomber z1 fork. I'm wanting to update the old float Ctd rear shock, it is a 200 x 57 (7.875" x 2.25") shock and is pretty harsh for how I ride. I have found plenty of newer shocks at 210 x 55. Will the 10mm eye to eye balance out the rake or will it just screw up the geometry all together, I understand it will steepen the head angle and raise the bb a little, but by how much Im not See more
