Shes a runner! But good luck stopping her! Would probably be best suited to be a parts bike as the frame is rather bent. But everything else seems to work as it should. Its missing a few parts but theres still plenty of good bits left. It is deregistered and should probably stay that way, but if youve got the drive then shell do the job. Pick up woolston.
