This Vespa can be driven on a car licence. I bought this 6 months ago for my partner to learn to ride on. Great scooter goes well and very quick for a 50cc. Speedo cable is broken so can't tell the top speed by would think it's around 65-70. Bike has a few months registration left on it and it doesn't need a wof. Looks great in this colour ,very retro . Located in Waiuku.
