1942 Ford jeep GPW jeep

This is a project that is beyond my capability .Drives ok but brakes dont work .No military history and never been road registered as far as i am aware.. No paperwork. Have found chassis number but hard to read. Boxes of new parts. If this is listed it,s still avaliable so please dont ask.
