Morris minor ute

Hi everyone. Im trying to track down my dads old 1972 Morris minor ute that he sold out of Devonport in auckland in 1993. Had the custom number plate MORIE but was changed in 1996 and we cant find any photos of the original plate. We think it was originally owned by the lower hut council. Any help would be appreciated.
