2002 Toyota caldina

This car has a rattle/knocking noise in the engine. Possible timing chain issue but we are not sure. We have driven the vehicle and it seems to drive fine otherwise with no engine lights on. It will need new tyres soon and the driver's seat is a little worn (as shown in photos). Please feel free to come to view and test drive for yourself.
