2017 Victory Hammer. Low KMs. Engine fired up strongly, but gearbox locked up when riding one day. Been told it could be as simple as a shift linkage seized. Rear tyre worn. Belt is currently off but intact. Surface rust on pipes. Appears to have had a stationary drop in a past life. De reg.
