I had a Kaimanawa that I started who was perhaps 5-6yrs old back in 2004. I couldnt keep him as I had moved to the city to do nursing. It really broke me parting with him. A trainer in New Plymouth had him for a few weeks with a view to me paying for his training or she would keep him- she had to onsell him for personal reasons .
