Needs battery can push start or jump needs carb clean runs rough lights need looking at breaks work mint was working when I brought it but then just parked it up been sitting since so could use carb clean and possibly plug change bit rough around edges as in pics open to offer swaps trade for other bikes to 400$ price slightly negotiable best to trailer away
