Near new condition except for some superficial scratches that could be easily fixed with a light sand and a bit of black paint they are off a Chinese 50cc scooter and then told a fairly universal and we'll fit most Chinese models no fastening tabs are damaged they are in as new condition apart from the superficial scratches as seen in photos
