Nissan maxima

Looking for a quick hassle free sale I am selling this 2004 nissan maxima as is where is due to wof due to expire in January and tappet cover is seeping oil it does not drop oil on the driveway more just built up on engine overtime The car currently runs and drives great and I see the car continuing to do so! If it doesn't sell I will sort the tappet cover gasket put a new wof on and advertise for more
