Viva City Master 2018 49cc Moped

Selling this 2018 moped it's sprayed gloss back has a 80cc bore kit in it... speedo plastic is broken the panels are cable tied on. Has a plate on it not sure of rego status. Had it going last week after a carby clean buy yesterday was winding over not cranking guessing dirty gas blocked carby... no battery can put one in thoe to show you it runs... Goes hard as when running.... $300 firm
