This is my Honda Lead/SCV100 100cc Tops out at 80 - is ok for motorway No wof, reg on hold It was a good get-around scooter, was running rough when I purchased but have since fixed Only issue is cosmetic damage - has been dropped by previous owner If it doesn't sell I will try to get it a wof and price will increase
