Sym 49cc 2stroke Moped. Not running

Had this thing a while had it running then I got a friend to change the trotal cable and trotal then it wouldn't start would wind over wanting to. Talked to him today he said it had a double cable so he only put a single in and tucked the other one away as he didn't no were it went.... PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! So needs a new trotal and double trotal More
