Ktm EXC400

2001 ktm 400. Runs a bit shit, hard to start. I've had it stuffed in the shed for about 7 years. Got the valves re seated and new top end gaskets etc. Once it's started it goes not too bad heaps of power, seems to idle okay sometimes and other times not so much Might be something as simple as a carburetor kit or maybe even a bad wire?
